Petrified Wood

WoW I found this
block of petrified
wood yesterday while
mining kaolinite deposits.
The minerals that replaced
the wood must derive entirely
from the clay/mica/spar/silica
or whatever. At first I thought
it was a good sized block of clay
since it was about the same color as.
